Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday rentals preferred

For 2-week rentals or longer we are flexible with arrival and departure days (i.e. mid-week)

No nightly or weekend-only rentals (no exceptions)

Maximum occupancy of 8 persons

No smoking inside cottage (preference will be given to non-smoking groups)

No pets (sorry no exceptions)

Payment Policy

A SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $500 CDN is required to reserve your stay at The Cape. This must be received within 14 days of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. FULL PAYMENT is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be forfeited on all reservations cancelled due to non-receipt of full payment. Otherwise the deposit is returned within 48 hours of check-out.

We accept payment via cheque, Interac eTransfer to thecapebeachrental@gmail.com, and also Visa, Mastercard or American Express if booked though our Cottages In Canada site.

Cancellation Policy

If booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be refunded. If booking is cancelled after the 30 days required the deposit will be forfeited.

Cleaning Policy

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Upon vacating guests are required to leave the premises tidy and free of trash. The cost of cleaning services or damages (if necessary) will be deducted from the deposit.
